Sign-up to be a Vendor as Anime Maryville!  Only the carpeted area is available for rent and electric is available.  See the space layout below to find a space that fits you needs.

Black areas are building support pillars that go floor to ceiling and are 26 inch squares.  Booth 1 has 3 feet of clearance on both sides of the pillar. Purple Spaces do not include a table.    Tables are running out, we have 1 Red, 3 Blues and 3 Purples left. Orange and Green tables are sold out.

Vendor Application

Applications are juried to prevent too much overlap; if you pass the jury, tables will be first come first serve and you will be allowed to select a table from what's available.  We want everyone to have a successful event, when you apply include your business name, list of what you sell, and photos of your setup.  You are required to provide photos of your products, this is an anime event and we are advertising to anime fans.  To ensure everyone has a fun and successful event we require you sell something pertaining to anime, manga or eastern games, however you may sell other things at your booth as well.  Please upload images to Imgur or Catbox of what you sell and include a in your application.  Food is allowed, but must be in closed-containers before it arrives at your booth.  The mall will not allow catering-style plates, or food trucks but pre-packaged goods or cottage goods are allowed if they are in plastic containers before arriving.  If you have a link to your Social Media account that shows your setup/items that can be used instead of sending photos, and we'll happily give you a shout out on our socials. Power is limited, if you want power please check the Power Outlet box to ensure one is reserved for you.  Each space comes with 2 badges regardless of size, if you want multiple tables please note that in your application, the extra booth discount only applies if the tables are adjoined.  If you want a specific table, note which table(s) by the numbers on the map at the top of this page, list your top 3 in case your first pick is already taken.  We are now sending out acceptance emails, keep an eye on your inbox!


We also have opportunities for participating in activities or advertising to help people coming to your booth throughout the day. If you'd like information on that let us know and we'll send a PDF. 


The event is on June 7th, 2025. Setup starts at 7am and we open at 10am. The event closes at 8pm.  You are expected to man the table the entire time.
